• GripAble is not liable for your activities and no warranties are made by GripAble.
• If you have an account linked to a Trainer or Researcher, they will be able to see your content.
• We can cancel your account if you act inappropriately.

Our Terms of Sale

Our Terms of Sale describe what happens when you place an Order for a Plan, these describe how:

• You can make changes to your order prior to shipment if agreed by us.
• You own the hardware associated with a Plan once we have received full payment. If you have received hardware through a Trial, we maintain ownership and you agree that you shall keep them in good condition.
• The information you provide to us will be complete and accurate.
