Ensuring the smooth operation of the GripAble App is essential for delivering the best possible care to your clients. Please read below for information surrounding the syncing of the app.
To maintain optimal performance and prevent any potential issues, we kindly remind you of the following:
- Data Syncing: Please remember to sync data at least once per week to ensure the most optimal experience in the app and to ensure accurate client progress tracking
- Identify a spot within the building with the best Wi-Fi coverage
- Once you have connected to WiFi, please leave the app open on your tablet until the cloud icon in the app appears clear to ensure all the data is fully synced (see image below)
2. App Updates: Keep the GripAble app up to date by turning on auto updates. App updates often include performance improvements, and new features enhancing your experience with GripAble.
