Continuing our US Growth: Meet GripAble’s New Senior Vice President of US Sales, Steve Raysely

GripAble is pleased to announce the hiring of Steve Raysely as Senior Vice President of US Sales.

With over 20 years of experience in the medical device and healthcare technology industries, GripAble is thrilled to have Steve on board leading US growth. Since joining the company in March, Steve has stated how incredible the GripAble team’s desire to achieve success is, and he is eager to continue to introduce innovative products to providers and patients.

Prior to GripAble, Steve worked at IncludeHealth, Inc. as the Vice President of Business Development and helped take Include’s MSK-OS™ from concept to commercial across multiple provider verticals nationally. In addition, Steve served as the Senior Sales Director at Reflexion Health where he was responsible for the commercialization of Reflexion’s flagship product VERA®. His primary areas of focus were with providers and health systems participating in value based care arrangements. During his career, Steve also consulted with various healthcare startups on GTM, strategic partnerships, distribution, product development, customer success/engagement and clinical operations.

“I decided to join the GripAble team for the opportunity to contribute to their mission in the US during what I feel is an unprecedented time in healthcare. As technology breakthroughs occur, evolving needs, trends and expectations from patients, providers and health systems are opening up entirely new possibilities to improve care. Our accessibility and scalability has already begun to empower patients and providers in the US by surfacing valuable data used to optimize patient engagement and outcomes.”

For individuals interested in entering the medical device and healthcare technology industry, Steve’s advice is to be willing to take risks and absolute ownership in what you do everyday! His biggest career success was taking the risk of leaving a company he worked at for almost fifteen years to join the start-up industry. He would have never had the opportunity to meet so many innovative and influential people nor achieve any of his career goals had he not decided to take the leap.

Outside of his work at GripAble, Steve is passionate about coaching high school basketball and baseball and finds joy in watching his kids compete. When he is able to find some free time, Steve enjoys golfing, cooking and watching college football.
